Consolidation of security systems across (17) individual sites consisting of multiple buildings into a unified platform and replacement of end-of-life system equipment as described in the Bid Documents, including but not limited to: replacement of existing video security cameras, network video recorders, access control systems and hardware, networking equipment, and provisioning existing equipment to new software systems. Clarifications and responses to bidder questions will be issued via Addenda and/or Bid Information Letter. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the designated time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. (IC-36-1-12-6). n accordance with Indiana Code 5-16-13-10(c) as amended, each Contractor (all Tiers) with a contract value of $300,000 or more shall be pre-qualified by the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) or Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) according to the type and value of the work to be performed. A copy of the Bidder's certification shall be submitted prior obtaining Bid Documents. City of Noblesville reserves the right to reject any bids or all bids, to make any combination thereof, to waive any informality therein, and to return any unopened bids received after the time fixed herein.
