Renovation of a mixed-use development in Noblesville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project will be constructed under a Single Prime Contract with bids received on a lump sum basis. Each proposal shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the Construction Drawings and Project Manual. Prime bidders and their subcontractors must be certified and in compliance with the Indiana General Assembly's House Enrollment Act #1019. Location Noblesville, IN All questions concerning bidding this project shall be directed to CSO Architects, 317-848-7800. Contact Emery Hunt, ehunt@csoinc.net with all correspondence. Potential Bidders or material suppliers that make direct contact with any HSE employee or Board Member are at risk of disqualification. The successful bidder shall, upon acceptance of his bid, be required to procure and pay for a 100% Performance Bond/Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount equal to the contract price, and such bond shall comply with all laws of the State of Indiana governing public contracts let by governmental units. Each Bona Fide bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check, or a Bid Bond for 10% of the Base Bid plus all additive Alternate Bids payable to Hamilton Southeastern Schools. Bonds shall be made only with approved surety companies and shall remain in force and effect until the contract is executed. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for 60 days without consent of the Owner. Doc note: The contract documents shall be on file and may be examined at the Office of the Architect (CSO Architects, 8831 Keystone Crossing Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46240), and local online. Contact the printer indicated for online. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following major components: 1. Durbin Learning Center Renovations a. Selective Demolition b. Exterior storefront, door, and door hardware replacement c. Classroom renovations d. Office renovations e. Restroom renovations f. Premanufactured aluminum canopy system g. Site sidewalk h. Interior finish improvements i. Mechanical unit replacement 2. Other work as indicated in contract documents. Contractor shall coordinate construction staging area with owner. Any disturbed or damages areas must be returned to original condition prior to substantial completion. b. Contractor Parking Areas: When school is in session contractors are not permitted to use any existing parking areas, these are designated for school use only. Designated contractor parking areas shall be coordinated with owner.
