On-call Professional Engineering & Architectural Services Question Deadline 01/14/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal The City of Sedona, Arizona (City) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced engineering and architecture firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to perform professional services related to various projects identified by the City of Sedona. The scope of work for the on-call projects may include: studies, plan review, programming, special inspections, project or program management, design, construction document development (plans, specifications, and cost estimates), and construction administration and inspection services. The City will evaluate and select up to five (5) firms for each of the following categories: Wastewater Pipelines & Facilities, Architecture, General Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Soils and Materials Testing & Quality Control. Pre-Bid Meeting notes The purpose of this conference is to discuss with potential Respondents the services to be provided and for potential Respondents to ask questions arising from their review of the Request for Qualifications. This pre-submittal conference is for informational purposes only. Answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing via addendum.
