Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chester, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids to provide labor and materials to grade, form, and place a zig zag ADA sidewalk at the Rodman Sports Complex in Richburg, SC. Construction Cost Range: $70,000 Chester County Government is requesting bids for a Zig Zag Sidewalk, located at the Rodman Sports Complex, 2409 Blaney Rd., Chester, SC 29706. SCOPE of WORK / SPECIFICATIONS: o Labor and Equipment to grade, form, place and broom finish concrete sidewalk based on Drawing on page 2. o Approx 510 linear feet x 6' wide x 4" thick. o ADA landings will meet ASCM requirements. o Purchase and install 1/2 " fiber board as needed. o Sidewalk to follow contour of land as close as possible. o Concrete to be 3500psi. o Purchase and install 3 rail handrails with kick plate on both sides where sidewalk runs down slope. (Approx. 150') o Pedestrian handrails to be cored and poured into slab. o Purchase and install 4" x 12" decorative retaining wall block where existing HC parking spots are located. Backfill with drainage stone and dirt. Reinstall existing HC signage and posts. o Layout of all pads to be signed off on by a representative of Chester County Government before concrete is poured. o Permits and business licenses are mandatory. o If selected, you must provide a certificate of liability insurance and workers compensation with Chester County Government listed as the Certificate Holder.
