The City of Chester, South Carolina, is accepting sealed bids for the asphalt resurfacing and parking lot restriping of its Municipal Parking Lot located at 139 Puntz Street, Chester, SC 29706. The project includes: Asphalt Resurfacing: Mill and replace sections of the existing asphalt surface, ensuring a smooth and durable finish. Parking Lot Restriping: Repaint parking spaces with clearly marked ADA-compliant handicap spaces as required by regulations. Scope of Work: The successful bidder will be required to mill and resurface the existing asphalt as necessary.
