All sub trades have been awarded at this time. ***Please contact Rogers O' Brien Construction directly for access to plans and specifications.*** Construction of a new single-story Jimmy Burke Activity Center and Museum and Visitor Center located on an undeveloped portion of city owned property on W 13th Street. The site is adjacent to the planned location of the new Deer Park Fire Station No. 1, the existing Jimmy Burke Activity Center and the existing Battleground Golf Course. The new building will replace the antiquated Jimmy Burke Activity Center, which will be demolished as part of the project scope. The site scope will consist of 503 proposed parking spaces to serve the new buildings and new sidewalk connections to the baseball and softball complex. A lift station will be needed for the complex and will be designed with the project scope. The building scope will include two buildings, Jimmy Burke Activity Center and the Museum + Visitor Center, with a connecting canopy. The Jimmy Burke Activity Center will include a 25,000 SF dividable multipurpose event space, pre-function corridor space, a fully functional catering kitchen, catering vestibule, large amounts of storage, dressing room, two banks of restrooms, and support spaces. The Museum + Visitor Center building will include a 2,000 SF Museum exhibit space, four offices, conference room, restrooms and support spaces. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
