City Hall and Parks and Recreation Office Remodel Project The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the bid most advantageous to the city. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the advertisement for bids of the City of Shoreview shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Question Deadline 01/16/2025 Bidders requiring interpretations of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Architect at least 7-days prior to date for receipt of Bids. B. Interpretations and clarifications of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 1-20-2025.
