As of August 4, 2025 this project was awarded to Hoffman Construction Company in the amount of $18,700,731.88 Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks a qualified contractor to perform grading, bituminous and concrete paving, ADA improvements, lighting, storm sewer, TMS, retaining walls, high tension guardrail, bridge removal and Bridge No. 62948 for the reconstruction of County Road J (CSAH 1) from Centerville Road to Otter Lake Road including the I-35E interchange.
