As of August 4, 2025 this project was awarded to Hoffman Construction Company in the amount of $18,700,731.88 Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks a qualified contractor to perform grading, bituminous and concrete paving, ADA improvements, lighting, storm sewer, TMS, retaining walls, high tension guardrail, bridge removal and Bridge No. 62948 for the reconstruction of County Road J (CSAH 1) from Centerville Road to Otter Lake Road including the I-35E interchange. CERT Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. 5% of bid amount Background Information -m The project consists of reconstructing County Road J from Centerville Road to Otter Lake Road including the I-35E interchange. Three roundabouts will be constructed: 1) at Centerville Road and County Road J, 2) at the west I-35E ramps/County Road J/Anoka CSAH 54, and 3) at the east ramps/Otter Lake Road. The county has established a goal of 20% women and 32% minority goal for site workforce utilization for the project. SBE-The contracting inclusion goal for this Project is: 32%. S.P.
