Summary Project Description: This Project Includes Phase 1 - construction of a 7,024 sqft, attached two story addition located on the south side of Curry General Hospital located at 94220 4th Street, Gold Beach, OR. The lower level to contain a Materials Management and Supplies area of approximately 1,850 sqft and a Bio-Med shop area of about 1,325 sqft. The first floor to contain a new Infusion Therapy Program of approximately 1,290 sqft, a Chemotherapy drug mixing space and Pharmacy support spaces and other support/ancillary spaces of 1,550 sqft. There are miscellaneous spaces scattered throughout the lower level and level 1, but not listed as well, but in general the lower level is approximately 3,414.7 s.f. and the first level is approxmately 3,609.56 s.f..
