Curry Health Network is soliciting sealed bids for the remodel of its Administration Building in Gold Beach, Oregon. Scope of Work The selected General Contractor (GC) and construction team shall provide all services, labor, materials, plant, equipment, transportation, licenses/certifications, insurances, expertise, technology, and other facilities and services as necessary and/or required to execute all the work per the scope herein. In accordance with the requirements of this RFP, proposals shall include construction services for the entire project. Firms wishing to be considered for the project must have previous experience providing high-quality services for similar projects in the healthcare and hospital industry, and must meet the highest standards prevalent in the industry or business most closely involved in providing the appropriate goods and services. Required services must include: 1. Demolish existing interior walls and frame new wood-framed walls on the first floor per CHN provided drawings in Appendix A. 2. Provide new electrical and data receptacles, remove existing light fixtures, and furnish & install new 2x4 surface-mounted light fixtures per CHN provided drawings in Appendix A. 3. Build a new subfloor in the existing garage to match the first-floor elevation. 4. Provide and install (2) new split system HVAC units. 5. Demolish existing exterior stairs and construct new wooden stairs to the second floor. 6. Frame, rough in, and enclose new bulkheadsfor new ductwork on the first floor using LGMF studs. 7. Remove the existing garage door and infill with new framing, insulation, and siding. 8. Open and patch new ceilings for new light receptacle locations.
