Project Description: The "Park Holm Phase 5A" project consists of bulk demolition of (7) existing total wood framed building housing 20 units. There are three (3) two-story 4-unit buildings and four (4) one-story 2- unit buildings. Demolition includes asbestos abatement. New construction is new wood frame, slab on grade construction of forty five (45) total apartments within (3) buildings which are stacked multi-family style. The project also includes brownfield remediation due to low levels of arsenic in the soil and site improvements. Alt #6 - Sub-Slab and Footing Base: Provide foamed glass aggregate under all concrete slabs in lieu of rigid insulation and crushed stone.
