General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Project no- 19360.02 BUILDING RENOVATIONS All work is to be completed to the level of substantial completion and safe building occupancy during Summer 2025. Any interior work that needs to continue beyond August 22, 2025 will need to be performed after school hours at no additional expense to the owner. All Exterior Construction work will be separated from public areas via a temporary 8 High construction chain link fence at the entrance roadways to the property. Any required Abatement work must be coordinated with the District Air Monitoring Company and Administration. Interior work will be accessed by multiple entry points throughout the building. See staging plan for more information. Contractors are required to supervise all open doors into the school building. All Contractors are to take whatever measures are necessary to minimize construction dust throughout the building and property. The building interior and site must be cleaned and maintained by the Prime Contractors daily.
