MET25-202 SUPPLY OF EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIALS, This is a Call-Off contract. Each item is awarded separately - on a line-item basis & is purchased only when needed over a period of 1 year. Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 12 Prices are not to include tax. HST is to be shown separately on your invoices. All items are to be priced DAP (Delivered basis) 12 Indigo Walk, Spryfield Community, Halifax. PRICING WILL BE IN EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 01, 2025 THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2026. The right to reject any or all quotations or to accept any quotation deemed most satisfactory is reserved by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency. Prices are not to include tax. HST is to be shown separately on your invoices. All items are to be priced DAP (Delivered basis) 12 Indigo Walk, Spryfield Community, Halifax Bid date notes: Within 24 hours of bid closing, you will be requested to send the Excel electronic version of your bid to nsphatenders@novascotia.ca. Failure to submit the electronic spreadsheet within 48 hours of request will result in disqualification of bid. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered. In the event of any discrepancy between the signed paper copy of your bids and the electronic version, the entry in the signed paper copy will be adopted as the correct bid figure
