Bid Rejection: Sun Prairie Utilities Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Waive Any Informality, and Make the Award in Such a Manner as Said Utility Deems Proper for the Best Interest of the Utility. Bid Withdrawal: No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for Sixty (60) Days After the Bids' Scheduled Opening Without Sun Prairie Utilities' Consent. All Bids Shall Be Addressed to the Operations Coordinator and Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Marked With the Bidder's Name and Address and "Sun Prairie Utilities/city of Sun Prairie Led Streetlight Bid."
