If you require a copy of our specifications outside of what is included in this tender please contact the NL Housing representative. 3 Contractor responsible to verify all measurements on site, and provide NL Housing with shop drawings prior to start of work. The NL Housing representative is to be contacted with any discrepancies prior to proceeding with the Work. 4 All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings as estimated and for bidding purposes only. 5 All work to be performed as per accessible design standards, applicable building codes (National Building Code of Canada, National Plumbing Code of Canada, National Electrical Code; latest editions), and drawings/scope of work attached herein.. 6 Contractor and/or persons performing work to make good all surfaces affected by construction as noted on drawings or as otherwise required to give finished appearance consistent with adjacent surfaces, including, but not limited to flooring, wall finishes, and trims. All finishes must be of a modest standard. 7 Note: Unit is occupied. Contractor to work with tenant for unit access.
