Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 4 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 17, 2025 02:30 PM NST The 110 ton McQuay chiller with 2 Copland compressors, outdoor condenser and utilizing R22 is supplying chilled glycol to four AHUs when cooling is needed. The chiller has passed its EUL (28yrs old) however its associated compressors were replaced in 2007 & 2021 resp. The work under this project includes but not limited to: 1.Evaluate and calculate the cooling capacity required for the spaces served by the AHUs; 2.Provide replacement of the chiller system, with an adequately sized system, that considers the elimination of the glycol mix as its working fluid, providing a reliable, glycol/hazardous material free system, energy efficient, i.e. heat recovery chiller and utilizing environmental friendly refrigerant 3.Evaluate associated pumps, piping, fittings, controls and connections to the building DDC and modify/replace as required. All work shall be in accordance with NBC, MD15000, MNCEB an applicable codes and standards.
