Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 5 addendum issued for this project. ** 1 Work of this Contract comprises design of a pre-engineered stressed skin steel building system and all associated mechanical and electrical systems including site development and foundations, as detailed within this design/build concept package. 2 Contractors will design and construct reinforced concrete footing and foundation for the new building. Contractors will be responsible to confirm dimensions provided by the manufacturer to ensure that the foundation is properly sized and detailed for construction of the new building. 1 The new warehouse building will be approximately 91.350m X 24.350m (300ft X80ft). Contractor to confirm building size with manufacturer. 2 Contractor shall construct the pre-engineered building following all instructions and follow best construction practices to maintain the warranty of the overall system Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
