Closing Time: 10:00 AM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/11/18 10:00:00 AM NST The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to: 1 To complete inspections and testing of all sprinkler systems (all types of systems listed in Appendix D- Equipment List) owned by the University or in Facilities Managed by the University, or in Facilities whereby the University is contracted to inspect or repair sprinkler system. 2 The University, at its option, may use the contractor to perform any work including additional inspections or any repair work, on any facility, within their area of specialization or trade, at the hourly rate listed within the price quote sheet. .3 To perform repairs to sprinkler systems, on any facility owned or managed by the University, at the hourly rates listed within the price quote sheet. 4 The University may add buildings to Appendix 'D' Equipment List for inspections, service calls, and/or repair work. Any inspections, service calls, or repair work, for buildings added to the contract, will be completed at the contractor's hourly bid price for additional work as quoted in Appendix C Hourly Rates. .5 The University may delete buildings from the list in Appendix D. The contractor shall in accordance with the terms, furnish all plant, labour, equipment, appliances, materials and perform all operations in the inspections and testing of fire sprinkler systems.
