Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of July 7, 2025, an awarded general contractor has been identified. All trades have been awarded. Construction is scheduled to start next week. Completion is expected November 2026. The previous solicitation is for reference purposes only. The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to construct the 911 Emergency Call Center project. The project includes site preparation and grading, landscaping, utilities, on-site improvements, and building construction. The project also includes off-site improvements along El Dorado and G streets. Additionally, the project includes running new fiber optic cable through existing infrastructure to the City of Fresno Traffic Operations Center, located at 2101 G Street, and to the intersection of Fresno and G streets. Liquidated Damages $1000 per day for each calendar day.
