**As of January 21, 2025, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $3,552,358.83.** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes reconstruction of the roadway, construction and replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk, ADA upgrades, and replacement of drainage and sanitary sewer infrastructure on portions of First Avenue, Pine Street, Langford Street, and Comstock Street, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for completion of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within Two Hundred and Fifty (250) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "City of Asbury Park" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The City of Asbury Park reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
