No Bidder may withdraw its bid for 60 calendar days. Every request for an interpretation must be made in writing, addressed to the architect/engineer and the DPMC Director, and must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids. The Work consists of but not limited to the following: The contractor shall replace three rooftop air handling units as per the contract documents. The contractor shall replace an exhaust fan as per the contract documents. The contractor shall remove and reinstall VAV units as per the contract documents. The contractor shall remove ceiling tile and grid as necessary to install the new VAV units. The contractor will install new hot water heating piping to VAV units. The contractor will install a new BMS system for the building. The contractor will modify the existing fire alarm system as necessary for the new smoke detectors. All crane lifts will be done on weekends and be coordinated the City of Asbury Park.
