The major items of work include: o Remove and replace existing booster pumps, piping, valves, electrical components and control panels, and install overhead canopy. The deadline to ask questions is 1/17/2025 5:30 PM CST Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Prestonwood Forest Utility District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
