Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Approximately 605,000 CY of excavation with on-site disposal (including clearing and grubbing, demucking, site preparation, hauling excavation, compaction of material, and clay liner installation) Approximately 235 LF of 48" reinforced concrete pipe, 100 LF of 24" reinforced concrete pipe, 110 LF of 30" reinforced concrete pipe, and all appurtenances. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. If bid documents are not immediately available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the engineer. The deadline to ask questions is 1/21/2025 12:00 AM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online
