Remodeling and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Callaway, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.
This project will consist of remodeling the Gore Park Community Center building. This will consist of removing and replacing exterior doors, interior doors, kitchen appliances, bathroom utilities, select interior walls, light fixtures in the bathrooms, select light fixtures in the common area, and parts of the HVAC system. This project will also consist of removing the existing storage room and overhang. Question Deadline 01/20/2025 at 10:00 AM CT All questions must be received at least five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled opening of Bids/Proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the Bids/Proposals and to re-advertise for Bids/Proposals. The City also reserves the right to separately accept or reject any item or items of a Bid/Proposal and to award and/or negotiate a contract in the best interest of the City.
