The Project includes the following work: Project includes turn lane improvements to State Road 22 for approximately 1,600 ft of turn lanes and road widening for a new Spine Road intersection with new asphalt striping and signage. The project also includes a new road extension of Hugh Thomas for approximately 1,675 ft to include asphalt pavement, striping, signage, stormwater pipes, inlets, pond, curb, sidewalks, watermain and forcemain. The Project has an expected duration of 180days for substantial completion and 210 days for final completion. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)and Florida Commerce for activities authorized under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and as described in the 2020 State of Florida Action Plan for Disaster Recovery. As such this contract is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Subrecipient Agreement M0164 between Florida Commerce and the City of Callaway, 45 CFR Part 75, 29 CFR Part 95, 2 CFR Part 200 (including Appendix II to Part 200), 20 CFR Part 601, 24 CFR Part 570 subpart I, et seq., and all other State and Federal laws, rules, regulations, and policies governing the funds provided through the Subrecipient Agreement, as now in effect and as may be amended from time to time The Subrecipient Agreement allocates total funding of $2,680,000 (100%) for this project, which includes$2,650,000 (98.9%) in CDBG-DR funds and $30,000 (1.1%) in non-federal funding. This contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
