Removal of existing security structures on windows. Remove existing stucco. Will consist of removal of existing stucco, metal lath and felt paper. Materials will need to be taken to be disposed of at a landfill. Repair existing areas that have issues. This work will consist of replacement of existing wall framing that has been heavily damaged due to the cracking or wood rot from snow and rain. Apply new stucco 1. Placement of new felt paper 2. Placement of metal lath with Galvanized Steel Stucco Netting and Galvanized Steel Stucco Netting 3. Placement of scratch coat 4. Placement of Brown Coat 5.
