Mason County Fd05 081 0011 000-004 : Maysville Road (Ky 11) (Mp 0.000) Begin at the Fleming - Mason County Line Extending North to 0.044 Miles North of Owen Pike (Mp 3.887), a Distance of 3.88 Miles. Pavement (With Alternates). The Department Will Only Accept Bidder Registration Forms From Contractors Who Are Prequalified in the Work Categories of the Particular Project. Registration Will Be Closed at 3:00 Pm on the Day Preceding the Letting. KYDOT - Call 316 - Pavement (With Alternates) - Maysville Road (KY 11) This work consists of constructing a cold-laid, polymer-modified, emulsified asphalt pavement course to fill ruts or provide an intermediate or surface course for existing pavements. The paving mixture is composed of a polymer-modified emulsified asphalt, crushed aggregate, mineral filler, water, and possibly other additives. Follow the requirements outlined in ASTM D 6372, Standard Practice for Design, Testing, and Construction of microsurfacing, with modifications as found in this note. Apply this material according to the lines, grades, and typical cross-sections in the plans or as established by the Engineer. Unless otherwise noted, Section references herein are to the Department's Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, current edition. All applicable portions of the Department's Standard Specifications apply unless specifically modified herein.
