SEM Construction is Acting as the construction manager on behalf of Responsive Group Inc to deliver a 32 bed long term care facility expansion in Strathroy. This tender package covers the complete construction of the new facility not including millwork, mechanical, electrical and sprinkler aspects. The project consists of building a new 1-storey, 16,500 SF, 32 bed addition to the existing Sprucedale Care Centre in Strathroy. Construction of the project includes 4' frost foundations and slab on grade construction. Exterior walls to be wood framed, along with a mixture of structural steel and engineered wood roof trusses.
