Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The services include preparation of construction plans, public involvement, and contract/bid documents for the Zollinger Road Mobility and Safety Improvements from Riverside Drive to North Star Road in Franklin County with a project length of approximately 2.4 miles. The Zollinger Road Mobility and Safety Project will include the following improvements: Pavement resurfacing with spot curb repairs Reconfiguration of the four-lane cross section into a cross section more suitable for the street context Installation of street lighting between Riverside Drive and Tremont Road In addition to the above improvements, the design for this project will also include: Analysis of the intersections of Zollinger Road at Kioka Avenue and Zollinger Road at Redding Road to identify existing safety issues and determine feasibility of improvements. No bid bond is required for this contract. Any Bid submitted by a Bidder to the City of Upper Arlington will be accepted or rejected within a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening date.
