Site work and renovation of a civil project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The contract includes the procurement of major electrical components and related manufacturer field services for a: 1000-Amp service entrance breaker, main equipment panel, secondary equipment panels, secondary transformers, 400-KW generator, and automatic transfer switch as specified in the bid documents. No installation services are to be performed under this Contract. Bids will be accepted exclusively from suppliers for a single prime contract. The contract will be awarded based on a lump sum bid outlined in the bid form. The deadline to submit questions is February 7, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. local time. All questions shall be sent in writing to Seth Fischer (sfischer@fudknox.org), no verbal questions or responses will be accepted. The supplier awarded the contract must ensure equipment delivery by June 24, 2026, with Readiness for Final Inspection and Acceptance of Goods and Special Services by September 30, 2026 as stated in the Agreement. This project is supported by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant funding, and is subject to specific federal restrictions and requirements. Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
