Contracts arising from this RFP will be for a period of five months. The State anticipates the start date for such contract(s) will be May 27, 2025. The State of Vermont is interested in obtaining bids to meet the following business need: Window washing at various state-owned buildings listed below: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete to provide window washing services at the Waterbury State Office Complex The Public Safety Building 45 State Dr. Waterbury, VT The Weeks Building 166 Horseshoe Dr. Waterbury, VT Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at The Vermont Health Lab at 359 South Park Drive in Colchester, VT. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Emory Hebard 100 Main St Newport, VT. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Springfield State Office Building 100 Mineral St, Springfield, VT. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Rutland Superior Court 9 Merchants Row, Rutland, VT Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Montpelier State Office Complex.
