The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to provide construction services to improve the pathways with sidewalks and lighting, improve the landscaping with relocated fencing, shade sail and landscaping, and expand the existing restrooms. Construction Cost Range: 50,000 - 150,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The general scope of services includes the following: 1. Park demo fence, concrete, brick, tiles and rubber material walkways and slabs; 2. Park installation sidewalks, raised crosswalk, pathway lighting, shade sail, salvaged existing fence, landscaping; 3. Restroom demo of exterior doors, walls, sidewalk, utility fence, HVAC, and security equipment; 4. Restroom installation, new construction of slab and building materials for additional restroom toilets, urinals and sinks, accessories, epoxy floors, and electrical.
