Paint exterior of powerhouse as indicated on plan sheets S-070 and S-071. 2. Painting scope includes safe access for all painting work including but not limited to scaffolding, swing staging, lifts, watercraft, or other means as necessary to safely carry out the work in accordance with OSHA requirements. 3. All instructions including but not limited to storage, handling, mixing, surface preparation, application, and curing of specified products to be in strict accordance with product data sheet instructions and recommendations. 4. Different paint colors and products should be anticipated for the following items: walls, doors, door/window trim, exterior lettering. Colors to be determined by the cityWall Restoration, Locks and Dams, Construction, Metal Fabrication, Retaining Walls, Dams/Reservoirs, Underwater Construction/Repair/Maintenance, Painting, Signage, Concrete Repair. The Project consists of Flood Gate Seal Replacement, Debris Boom Installation, Low Level Outlet Valve (underwater) Replacement, Trash Rack and Support Steel Replacement, Confined Space Vault Ladder Access, Recoating Powerhouse Exterior and Warning Sign Replacement, Downstream Powerhouse Wall Concrete Repairs, Concrete Retaining Strengthening, Intake Gate Hoist Replacement, and Dive Inspection In Tailrace Under Units #1 and #2 at the Granite Falls Hydroelectric project. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
