Site work for a civil project in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 159,000 C.Y. Ditch, Channel, and Pond Excavation 14,870 L.F. 6" - 72" Drain Tile and Culvert Replacement 270 L.F. 8' X 7' & 12' X 6' Box Culvert Replacement 50 Acres Permanent and Temporary Seeding together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by June 15, 2022 A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 10 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of Yellow Medicine County shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
