Replace Kitchen Exhaust Hood Construction Work, Replace Kitchen Exhaust Hood, 10011 Taberg Florence Road, RR No 1, Box 139, Taberg (Oneida County), NY MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 3% Estimated Cost: $250,000 - $500,000 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $21,300 for C). A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, each in an amount equal to the contract sum, shall be supplied with the executed Agreement and shall be the statutory form of public bonds required All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The substantial completion date for this project is 269 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
