The project is referred to as “Creston Northwest, C-71(637)” and shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required for supplying the materials required to construct a triple 10’ x 6’ x 40’ concrete box culvert on a 0-degree skew or a one span 32’- 8” concrete deck slab bridge alternate on a 0-degree skew, with 28’ clear roadway and other incidental work. Each Bidder Shall Submit an Unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable to the County Treasurer of Platte County, Ne, in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, Each Bidder is to Provide a Start of Construction Date and End of Construction Date for Each Project With Its Bid Proposal. The Desired Completion Date is September 1, 2025. The Contractor Will Be Allowed Sixty (60) Calendar Days. The Completion Date Will Be the Earlier of the Date Indicated in the Bid Proposal or the Actual Start Date Plus the Allotted Calendar Days. Additional Days Due to Weather May Be Granted at the Discretion of the Engineer. Within Ten (10) Days Following the Award of the Contract, the Successful Bidder Shall Furnish a Surety Bond or Bonds in an Amount Equal to or Greater Than the Full Amount of the Contract.
