Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 28, 2025, this project is in the design phase. Construction is expected to begin in the fall. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Prequalifying for North Carolina State University North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to Jordan Hall HVAC Renovation located on Central Campus. The project scope includes the refurbish & modernization of AHU-1 system to extend the life and improve indoor air-quality. The existing system (original from 1986) consists of; 115,000 cfm, VAV, dual duct, common return and is the primary source for ventilation, make-up, cooling, heating, return & exhaust for this lab building. Scope of work includes only HVAC and Electrical trades. The project scope includes the refurbish & modernization of AHU-1 system to extend the life and improve indoor air-quality. The existing system (original from 1986) consists of; 115,000 cfm, VAV, dual duct, common return and is the primary source for ventilation, make-up, cooling, heating, return & exhaust for this lab building. The building will be occupied during renovations.
