Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Girard, Kansas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The invitation to bid shall be for "Limestone Aggregate Materials" as specified on the Bid Form, and in the quantities as estimated by the County to be used in the designated quadrants of the County during the period of January 1, through December 31, 2025 and as illustrated on the Exhibit A. The quoted price per ton shall be the cost of the processed materials, loaded and weighed by the Bidder into the county vehicles at the quarry site. Bidders may bid on any and/or all items listed. Bids will not be accepted on forms other than those included with the specifications; and bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be addressed to the County Clerk and the envelope shall be clearly marked BID: "Limestone Aggregate Materials 1st thru 4th Quarter, 2025". The County reserves the right to make awards on an item by item basis. All bids will be referred to the County Road and Bridge Dept. staff for review and recommendations. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and the right to waive any irregularity in the bid.
