This Request for Proposal is issued by the City of Benton to identify properly licensed and insured individuals and/or businesses qualified to install bullet proof glass for the Court Clerk windows. The City of Benton is seeking a vendor to install bullet proof glass, enclosure, ballistic proof security shield and 4 bullet proof speaker boxes for the Court Clerk area. Below is a sketch of the requirements. Contractor is responsible to repair any damage to during install. A successful bid shall provide all labor, material, equipment, delivery, installation, removal, disposal of old materials, taxes, and insurance to perform the scope of work. Tentative start date would be February 2025.
