Renovation of a fire / police facility in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Olympia Public Works Department (City) is soliciting Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified respondents to install a solar Photovoltaic (PV) system rated for 134.4KW DC / 100KW AC at standard test conditions at the Olympia Fire Station #1, located at 100 Eastside Street, SE, in Olympia, Washington. The objective is for Contractors to submit sufficient information to allow the city to select a contractor to provide the services and enter into a contract. The selected Contractor will be expected to enter into a Service Agreement with the City consistent with the terms of this RFP. Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Eli Cole, Facilities Manager, via email at ecole@ci.olympia.wa.us Questions via telephone will not be accepted.
