The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Repairing and replacing the current inadequate and failing portion of the septic system at Lost Lake Resort at two project sites. Project Site 1: Eagle South refers to 17 units located south of Eagle Drive and north and south of the pool loop, private roads within the resort. The contractor will install a series of septic tanks, pump chambers and Nu-Water treatment tanks to replace the existing system. A new sand drainfield will also be installed. Advanced electrical work will be needed, including access to an electrical vault, and the power requirements will be 220 volts with a three-phase supply, including multiple junction boxes. Additional electrical work will be required. Approximately 13-14 trees will need to be safely felled and removed in the course of this work in order to access the project site. Custom landscaping repair will be required due to the work site being through a resident's backyard. All bids should allow for the landscape allowance. Project Description: Submit Separate Bids for Each Site. Site 1 (Eagle - 17 Units): Install Septic Systems, Including Tanks, Pump Chambers, Nu-water Treatment, and Sand Drainfield. Includes 220v Three-phase Electrical Work, Tree Removal, and Landscaping. Budget: $452,000 (Includes Landscaping). Site 2 (Spruce - 38 Units): Install Septic Systems, Including Tanks, Pump Chambers, Nu-water Treatment, and Sand Drainfield. Install 200 Amp Single-phase Service With Control Boxes. Additional Electrical Upgrades Possible. Budget: $428,000.
