This project includes all labor, equipment, and materialsnecessary to construct the following: Repairing and resealing cracks inflexible pavements on seven street (7) sections covering approximately 4.9 miles with one Lump Sum Crack Seal. The project includes repairing and resealing cracks in flexible pavements; work zone traffic control; and other miscellaneous work. Start date: March 3, 2025.Completion date: June 27, 2025. Estimated cost range: $100,000 -$500,000. Class of work: Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. A Bid Bond to like effect and amount with a corporate surety will be acceptable for this project. All Bidders shall be prequalified with the City of Medford, asprovided by law under Oregon Revised Statutes, at least 5 days prior to opening of bids.
