St. Johns County is soliciting quotes from qualified Suppliers to supply and install eight (8) foul poles on baseball fields 1,2,3, and 4 at Cornerstone Park located at 1046 SR-A1A Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 as specified herein. - Material: Aluminum - Total Pole Length: 24 feet - Above-Ground Height: 20 feet - Pole Dimensions: 3 1/2 inches in diameter, Schedule 40 aluminum pipe - Arm Dimensions: 12 feet long, 16 inches in width - Arm Material: 1/8 inch stamped aluminum sheet with double reinforced bends - Finish: Fully powder-coated safety yellow - Secure anchoring at the base of the 24-foot pole (4 feet below ground for a total height of 20 feet above ground) - Removal and disposal of the existing eight (8) foul poles - Installation of new poles must be installed in the same locations as the previous poles - Installation must be completed between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - Installation must be completed within 60 days after the issuance of the Purchase Order All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Encouraged Not to Contact Any Member of the St. Johns County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
