M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The School Board of St. Johns County, Florida ("School Board" or SJCSD") is requesting quotes for the purchase and turnkey installation of 4,445 square feet of artificial turf for the courtyard at Ponte Vedra High School. The Quoter will be responsible for meeting all specifications as outlined herein and on the ITQ Price Sheet. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for rejection or termination of award. The successful Quoter is responsible for supplying at its own expense, all supervision, labor, equipment, machines, tools, materials, transportation, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with this Quote A. Ultrabase Professional Panel System installation with ProGreen K9 Deluxe Artificial Turf. B. All work will include: 1. Remove 4" of existing topsoil/grass and haul away 2. Cap irrigation in grass areas, install irrigation for tree beds 3. Supply and install 1"x4" composite edging around perimeter and all tree beds with 1"x6" composite stakes every 4 feet 4. Grade, compact and prepare surface for aggregate installation 5. Supply and install 3" of 3/4" Limestone drainage rock 6. Supply and install 1" paver fine base top layer 7.
