Along the walking trails there will be one (1) permanent bird blind built, as well as two (2) portable bird blinds. Calhoun County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding and to award to the responsible bidder submitting the best qualified acceptable bid who, in the opinion of Calhoun County, offers the bid in the best interest of the County.
