Reference Number 00004355748 This Request for Proposals is an invitation by West Hants Regional Municipality (WHRM) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Pre-Approved Housing Design Options The Proponent will be responsible for delivering all necessary materials including building plans, illustrative drawings, and an information sheet for each design. The information sheet shall include a short text description for the design features, functions, and estimated costs, previews of building illustrations and floor plans, and a table summary of base specifications. All building plans, illustrative drawings, and information sheets will become the property of WHRM. Draft products: Two paper and electronic (PDF) copies for each design of secondary suite and two-unit dwellings. Draft products will include building plans, illustrative drawings, and an information sheet for each design. The information sheet shall be in 8.5in x 11in portrait format and all draft building plans shall be provided in 18 in x 24 in paper format, in colour. Final products: Three paper and electronic (PDF) copies for each design of secondary suite and two-unit dwellings. Draft products will include building plans, illustrative drawings, and an information sheet for each design. The information sheet shall be in 8.5 x 11 portrait format and all draft building plans shall be provided in 18-inch x 24-inch paper format, in colour. Deliver presentations of final designs to PAC/HAC and Council when necessary. All final building plans are to be provided in PDF format. All data files must also be submitted in the original software that they were created.
