Site work and renovation of a civil project in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Work consists of a thorough analysis of the King Street wastewater system from PS#6 at 808 King Street to PS#11 at 164 King Street. Followed by the design and construction of; 1. PS#6 and PS#6 Overflow System upgrade [Phase II]; 2. South King St. gravity sewer (GS) from Maple Street to PS#11(164 King St.) upgrade [Phase III]; 3. New forcemain (FM) for PS#4 [Phase III]; and 4. PS#4 and PS#4 Overflow Chamber upgrade [Phase IV]. Questions Due Date: Mar 19th 2025, 4:30 PM ADT TIMELINE: The owner is seeking proposals from engineering consultants for design, project management, tender preparation and construction administration services. Construction is planned for 2025-2029; multiple tender packages will be issued. Further update pending award of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
