The project consists of the replacement of several hundred feet of existing perimeter fencing along the Ebensburg Airport. The existing fencing is 8' high chain link fence. The existing fence is in need of repair in several areas and can easily be crossed by both people and animals. This allows deer and other animals onto Airport property and creates an unsafe environment for both planes and the animals. The project plans to replace the fence with an 8' high chain-link fence. This will deter both animals and people from crossing the fence line unless authorized to do so. The project includes replacing the fencing located from the terminal building, along Route 22, and perpendicular from Route 22 towards Taxiway B. The project will cross an existing pedestrian gate, two 16' manual vehicular swing gates, and a 16' manual vehicular sliding gate that will be replaced with new. An additional existing 10' manual vehicular swing gate near Runway 7 end will be replaced with a new 20' manual vehicular swing gate. Contract includes: Rehabilitate Fencing.
