Water Treatment Plant - Lagoon Cleaning The Project consists of the following: The removal, hauling, and disposal of water treatment plant sludge and debris from the onsite sludge lagoons; the performance of surveys of the onsite sludge lagoons; the restoration of the lagoons and temporary work area; and the performance of other related Work indicated in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Submit each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Accompany each bid with a Bid Security equal to five percent of the bid amount Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of 90 days after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Wage rates for this Project are subject to both the minimum wage rates as per all applicable laws and to the minimum Federal Wage Rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
