Highland Park ISD (HPISD) ("Owner") is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms (contractors) for the design and construction of athletic facilities at the following three district locations: Grassmere Field 4102 - 4128 Grassmere Ln Dallas, TX 75205 Highland Park Middle School (Athletic Field) 555 Granada Ave Dallas, TX 75205 Gary Weber Indoor Practice Facility Grassmere Ln (across street from Highlander Stadium) Dallas, TX 75205 In general, the projects require the demolition and reconstruction of two synthetic turf multi-purpose athletic fields and the replacement of one synthetic turf field. The anticipated project start date is mid to late April 2025 and the completion deadline is August 3, 2025. The proposed form of agreement will be the AIA A141 Standard Form of Agreement Between the Owner and the Design-Builder.
